Take a cup of water in a
pan, add one small teaspoon full dry tea leaves, half teaspoon sugar (depends, can add
or cannot add sugar), one or two pinches black pepper, one small piece crushed
fresh ginger, one-piece Ilaich (Cardamom), a few Tulsi ( Basil ) leaves boiled
thoroughly. Add one fourth cup milk and boil again for a few seconds. Once
prepared have it hot. One cup twice a day
is sufficient . Don't take empty stomach.
Tea is an anti inflammatory, digestive, relives
nausea; antioxidant, antibacterial, and immunity booster. Do not take empty
stomach.
